Allama Zehbi رحمت اللہ علیہ told one incident in his book “Kitab-ul-Kabair” related to leaving namaz that is really I wished to share it with readers of Ubqari. It is told that one Bani Israil woman came to meet Hazrat Moosa علیہ السلام and said: “O Prophet of Allah! I have done a big sin, I have repented to Allah. You pray to Allah that he forgives my sin and accept my apology”. Hazrat Moosa علیہ السلام asked her, “What sin was committed by you?” She said, “I did a rape due to which a child was born to me. I murdered that child (to hide my sin). After listening to this, Moosa   علیہ السلام said: “O discourteous woman! Get out from here immediately! Otherwise it may happen that the fire may come from sky and because of your ominousness would burn all of us”. That woman went from there with a broken heart. Immediately Hazrat Jibrael علیہ السلامcame and said: “O Moosa! Allah SWT is asking that why you sent back the one who repented? Didn’t you get to see someone more big sinner than her?” Hazrat Moosa   علیہ السلام asked Jibrael that who can be more sinful than her? So Hazrat Jibrael   علیہ السلام replied; “The one who consciously leaves namaz is worse than her”. (Muhammad Babar Ali Sakhera, Multan).
